I have full trust in the Minnesota Eye Institute. They are always accommodating and answer my questions on the spot. My cataract surgery was a breeze and I feel so assured by everyone there I would definitely recommend. Make your appointment I assure you they will not disappoint! You'll feel the professtional service following with friendliness and comfort as soon as you arrive and you won't be waiting for hours as other office's I've been to. Thank you Minnesota Eye Institute for my first lens implant that went wonderfully. At the risk of sounding like a Pollyanna, I feel compelled to make special mention of the team that managed my care from Dr. Nelson who took the time to explain the surgery that may be routine to her but certainly not to patients; Andra who explained things to me and engaged in a little small talk too (so important for calming); Tom who helped me after the surgery and endured my funniness, thanks Tom! I can't wait for my other eye to get a cataract so I can go back! In all seriousness, the staff, the facility.. all amazing. I had originally checked out another place in another town, but their prices kept going up with so many add ons that it got irritating. Thankfully, I found Minnesota Eye Institue, and they made everything so simple (and literally painless- thank you anesthesia). I highly recommend them. Dr Kent Carlson quickly diagnosed the issue and helped direct us to an appropriate specialist the same day. He was kind, courteous, and professional.
